Born and educated in Amsterdam,with a degree in Law (specialization Crimibnalo Law). After roles at the City of Amsterdam, the Central Council of Appeal (de Centrale Raad van Beroep) and the University of Amsterdam, since 1993 active as independant legal council. Specialization is in labor law, public employee affairs, governmental law and complaint-law.

Since several years active in matters of inapprpriate behaviour and of integrity, working for the agency Bezemer & Kuiper in Rotterdam and later the practice Van Oss & Partners in Den Bosch. In those roles I have built a long track record of conducting courses and workshops on Ombudsperson, complaint-offices and the management thereof, with an emphasis on the legal dimension. This has also brought me to be in several complaint-boards Als experience as counselor in legal procedures and mediator. Next to that, since 2012 chairman of the Netherlands Assocxiation of Legal Councelors (Nederlandse Vereniging van Rechtskundige Adviseurs) (NVRA) and, since March 2013, chairman of the National Association of Ombudspersons (Landelijke Vereniging van Vertrouwenspersonen; LVV).

Geary Sikich is a Principal with Logical Management Systems, Corp., a management consulting and executive education firm with a focus on enterprise risk management, contingency planning, executive education and issues analysis. Geary developed LMSCARVERtm the “Active Analysis” framework, which directly links key value drivers to operating processes and activities. LMSCARVERtm provides a framework that enables a progressive approach to business planning, scenario planning, performance assessment and goal setting. Prior to founding Logical Management Systems, Corp. in 1985 Geary held a number of senior operational management positions in a variety of industry sectors. Abiola Makinwa is a Senior Lecturer in Commercial Law with a special focus on Anti-Corruption Law and Policy at The Hague University of Applied Sciences in The Netherlands. Abiola was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986 and previously lectured as a Senior Lecturer at the Lagos State University, Lagos, Nigeria. She is a professional member of the International Compliance Association and Chair of the Structured Criminal Settlements subcommittee of the International Bar Association Anti-Corruption Committee.
Abiola holds a Ph.D. from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her thesis, published as a book, Private Remedies for Corruption: Towards an International Framework (Eleven 2013), focuses on the role of private actors and the importance of public/private dialogue in the fight against corruption. Her essay ‘Future Thinking through the Prism of International Corruption’ won the 2010 Hague Institute for the Internationalization of Law, Future Thinking Essay Award. She was appointed as the Dutch National Reporter together with Professor X. Kramer to report on ‘Civil Law Consequences of Corruption in International Commercial Contracts’ for the 19th Congress of the International Academy of Comparative Law (Vienna, 2014). In 2013, Abiola was awarded an EU OLAF Hercule II Grant to research European Perspectives on Negotiated Settlements for Corruption Offences. This resulted in a book, A. Makinwa (Ed) Negotiated Settlements for Corruption Offences: A European Perspective (Eleven, 2015). Abiola is a frequent speaker on anti-corruption law and policy and has introduced Anti-Corruption Compliance as an undergraduate course at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.

Prof. Bultez is a professor in business and Finance in highly reputable business schools. He is ATTF Official Senior Expert Consultant (Agence de Transfert de Technologie Financière – Ministère des Finances Luxembourg – Financial Technology Transfer Agency)
He was also an advisor for IFBL (Institut de Formation Bancaire Luxembourg) and also an advisor to the Ministry of Finance- Luxembourg.
